1.Our work may only be used for its intended purpose of which it is being purchased for.
1.1. You may not distribute, claim as your own, modify, resell; upload to social media, without
giving us any credit; or any other service without our permission.
1.2. You may not use any of the images provided or publicly released Commission Project(s) without our permission.
1.3. We reserve the right to use any Commissioned Project as a showcase in portfolios and/ or social media.
1.4. By agreeing to commission us, you accept that no other work may be copied, derived, or
used as designs for any work by anyone other than us.
2.1. Before we begin working on the Commissioned Project, at least 50% of the Commission
Project total cost must be paid as a down payment, unless directly stated otherwise.
2.2. We must receive 100% of the final Commission Project total, prior to delivery of
Commission Project file.
2.3. The Commission Project File will be delivered immediately after FULL payment of
Commission Project has been confirmed unless there is client-sided circumstances not
allowing this.
2.4. You may request an unlimited number of changes, but we reserve the right to add additional
charges for specific changes.
2.5. We reserve the right to decline additional changes in already negotiated Commissioned
Projects.
3.1. PayPal chargebacks are strictly forbidden. If any case will happen legal action will be taken.
3.2. If you proceed to a PayPal dispute, your order will be automatically canceled.
3.3. We do not offer refunds:
If the artwork has begun
If you cancel your order
3.4. You will be responsible for refund charges if they apply.
